Just Print Paper ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is and isn't collected when you use this website.

The tools run in your browser

Every paper generator on Just Print Paper runs entirely in your web browser. The choices you make (spacing, size, color, margins and any optional text) are processed on your device to draw the preview and the PDF. Current share links keep that state in a URL fragment, which is not sent in an HTTP request or referrer. Older query-style links are normalized into a fragment by the page; the initial request may still be visible to the hosting provider's ordinary access logs. We do not maintain a database of the paper you create. Anyone who receives a shared link can read its fragment, so do not put confidential information in a template. Standard campaign tags (such as UTM or click IDs) may remain in the query string for attribution; they are not paper settings.

Local storage

We use your browser's local storage for small conveniences — for example, remembering whether you prefer light or dark mode and (when enabled) your analytics consent choice. The saved value stays in your browser; the resulting consent signal is sent to Google only as part of the analytics integration.

Cookies and advertising

To keep Just Print Paper free, we plan to show ads through advertising partners such as Google AdSense. When advertising is enabled:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this and other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to Just Print Paper and/or other sites on the internet.
• You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
• You may opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting aboutads.info.

Where required by law, we will ask for your consent or provide opt-out controls before using advertising cookies or sharing data for cross-context behavioral advertising — for example, opt-in consent under the EU's GDPR and opt-out / "Do Not Sell or Share" controls under California's CPRA. Until advertising is switched on, no advertising cookies are set.

Analytics

To understand overall traffic — for instance, how many people visit a page and which paper types are popular — we use two analytics services:

• Cloudflare Web Analytics — privacy-first and cookieless. It does not set cookies, does not use any client-side state, and does not track you across sites.
• Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google) — this uses cookies and similar identifiers to measure usage, such as pages viewed, time on page, referring site and approximate (city-level) location derived from your IP address. It also counts basic interactions with the generator — that someone clicked Print, downloaded a PNG, copied a share link, or picked a preset such as "college ruled" — recorded as aggregated, pseudonymous totals per page. We use this only to improve the site; generator state and text are kept out of the GA page location, and we do not use analytics to identify you by name.

Your choices for Google Analytics: Optional analytics and advertising storage start denied in the Privacy choices banner. Choosing Allow analytics grants analytics storage only; advertising storage and advertising personalization remain denied. Declining keeps analytics and related ad signals denied on subsequent page loads. Google may still receive a limited cookieless consent-mode ping while storage is denied. You can also opt out at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, by using your browser's cookie controls, or by enabling a tracking blocker. Data, retention and providers

Just Print Paper does not have accounts, a customer database or a server-side paper library. Google Analytics 4 receives page paths, approximate location, device information and the aggregate tool events described above after the relevant consent choice; a limited cookieless consent-mode ping may occur before it. Cloudflare may process request and security metadata to deliver and protect the site. We do not sell the generator text or paper you make.

We do not set a separate retention period for generator settings because they stay in your browser or in a share-link fragment. Google Analytics retention is controlled by the property's configurable data-retention setting; aggregate reports may be kept for site measurement. Google and Cloudflare may process data internationally under their own terms and applicable transfer safeguards. See their current privacy notices for the details of those independent services.

Where a legal basis is required, basic delivery and security are handled on the basis of the site's legitimate operational interests, while optional analytics and advertising storage are based on your consent. The exact rights and obligations depend on your location and the provider holding the data; this notice is not legal advice.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. To ask a question or make a request, email hello@justprintpaper.com. We may need to verify a request and will route it to the relevant provider when the data is held by Google or Cloudflare. Use the Privacy choices control in the footer to change your optional-storage choice. If you are not satisfied, you may contact your local data-protection or consumer-protection authority.

Children's privacy

Just Print Paper is a general-audience tool and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The tools work without any account or personal details.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site grows (for example, when ads are turned on). When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
